  • Wiil be able to explain the basic concepts related to building legislation,
  • Wiil be able to evaluate reconstruction regulations and laws.
  • Wiil be able to discuss the preparation of the reconstruction plan,
  • Wiil be able to classify reconstruction application processes,
  • Wiil be able to describe the reconstruction program.
